The mission of this day is to enlist and coordinate the manpower of the local congregation for a effective performance of essential Christian Activities. This program is to cultivate the Christian life of laymen through study, worship, fellowship and service.

The Annual Session of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. is the major business meeting of the boards, auxiliaries and member churches

Worship is responding to God with all that we are, and with all that we have; that is also stewardship. So it follows that a worshiper must be a good steward, and a good steward must be a worshiper. "Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness” Psalm 29:2

To inspire and encourage youth to support the total program of the church in the local congregation, the community, and the world.

This 3 day program allows Christians to develop spiritual leadership skills while having the experience of a lifetime. The conference will equip the saints to operate in the will of God, to overcome an obstacle by being filled with the Holy Spirit.
